Some currently hidden controls:

Q on foot: Activate portable shield if you have any
Left Shift: Hyper drive on/off
Q/E in ship: Ascend / Descend
Right Click in ship: free look
Middle mouse button:
-Ship: Activate invisibility if you have the module
-On foot: Zoom in-out

For testing purposes:
Press 6, 7 and 8 at the same time on you keyboard to make your ship 100% more powerful.
